New Operational Structure Brings Together Business Operations, Research, Traffic, Affiliate Services, and Partner Relations

NEW YORK, NY – November 14, 2016 – In an effort to best align its business and operational needs, resources and internal expertise, Westwood One COO Charles Steinhauer has created a centralized operational group with changes effective immediately.

With a focus on agency response and support for cross-departmental projects and functionality, the company is integrating the Business Operations and Research Teams. This move will lead to quicker response times to client requests, an enhanced ability to focus on advertiser needs and accountability, the ability to better support its partner and producer clients’ business goals, and a renewed focus on its affiliate sales process by providing actionable information to its station partners.

As part of the restructure, Westwood One has promoted Tim Seymour to SVP, Operations. He was the company’s VP, Research. Seymour will report directly to Steinhauer and will oversee this newly formed group with the following direct reports:

  • Consolidated Business Operations and Research Teams under Jennifer Baez, VP
  • Traffic under Jim Maurer, SVP and Julie Kim, Sr. Director of Traffic
  • Affiliates Services under Fiona Brennan, VP
  • Newly created Partner Relations under Becky Bennett, Director
