New York, NY – January 26, 2015 – For the 28th consecutive year and the 42nd time overall, Westwood One Sports, the official network radio partner for the National Football League, presents comprehensive coverage of the Super Bowl. The network will feature a full schedule of Game Day programming leading up to kickoff of Super Bowl XLIX. Super Bowl XLIX airs live from University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday, February 1, 2015 as Russell Wilson and the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks take on Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. The Seahawks are trying to become the first team to repeat as champs since Tom Brady and the Patriots did it ten years ago. This is Brady’s sixth Super Bowl, an NFL record for appearances by a quarterback.

Westwood One’s live game coverage features Kevin Harlan, handling the play-by-play duties for the Super Bowl for the fifth straight year, and Boomer Esiason, serving as the color analyst—his 15th consecutive with the network. Hall of Famer James Lofton and Mark Malone will once again report from the sidelines. Emmy Award-winning host Jim Gray will anchor the pregame and halftime coverage, with appearances by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Arizona Cardinals’ wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald. Scott Graham, Hall of Famer Rod Woodson, and Super Bowl XXXIV MVP Kurt Warner will also contribute to the pregame and postgame coverage. Howard Deneroff is the Executive Producer of Westwood One Sports. Larry Costigan and Mike Eaby are the Coordinating Producers.

Additionally, Westwood One will produce “Seven Days to Sunday—The Road to Super Bowl XLIX.” This hour-long preview show will air each night during the week leading up to Game Day, beginning on Monday night, January 26th, and continuing through Saturday night, January 31, 2015. Hosted by Scott Graham, the voice of NFL Films, the nightly program will feature interviews with players from both teams participating in Super Bowl XLIX, as well as coaches and other special guests. Each night’s show will be co-hosted by a different Westwood One NFL analyst.
