New York, NY Monday, Mar 20, 2006 - Westwood One (NYSE: WON) is proud to announce the national launch of The Monica Crowley Show, the three-hour talk program hosted by author and news personality Monica Crowley. The show begins Saturday, April 1, 2006, and will air from noon to 3 p.m. ET.
The Monica Crowley Show will debut on major market stations across the country including: WABC-AM New York, WTKK-FM Boston and WTNT-AM Washington DC. The show will feature Crowley tackling topics and issues on the minds of Americans with her unique blend of knowledge, strong opinion and charm. The Monica Crowley Show will also feature compelling interviews with special guests and caller interaction with listeners nationwide.

Monica Crowley began her career in radio on WABC-AM New York as a frequent guest on the "Batchelor and Alexander Show". Her insight and intelligent analysis on the day's news earned Crowley a large following of WABC fans. In 1996, Crowley joined the Fox News Channel as a political and international affairs analyst and has since become a commentator and analyst with MSNBC where she also co-hosted "Coast to Coast" with Ron Reagan. She holds two Masters degrees and a Ph.D. in international affairs from Columbia University and worked as a Foreign Policy Assistant to former President Richard Nixon from 1990 until his death in 1994. Crowley's experience with Nixon prompted her to write two best-selling books, Nixon off the Record: His Candid Commentary on People and Politics and Nixon in Winter. She has also written for The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun and The New York Post. Crowley has been a guest on the major TV and cable news channels, including ABC, NBC, FOX and HBO and worked as a commentator on National Public Radio's Morning Edition for four years.
