The content manager will work with talent and staff producers to create a compelling unique, interactive experience for the Fred Thompson listeners.
Responsibilities:
Research, write, edit, proofread, and copyedit a variety of online content and content for email campaigns.
Assist in developing and producing sponsor targeted email campaigns.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining editorial calendar.
Work with other departments to coordinate production of and report on cross-department Web projects, including e-newsletters, events, special campaigns, and other online initiatives.
Assist in responding to incoming email directed at the show
Execution and Maintenance of all phases of original content and production for all Fredthompsonshow.com.
Work with show producers and talent to ensure timely, accurate, and complete web content.
Maintain destination website as well as social media pages and status updates for such applications as Facebook, Twitter and MySpace.
Interact with online audience on site bulletin boards, blog sites and fan sites.
Work closely with Outside Vendors, Marketing Department, and other WW1staff to keep continuity and consistency in the Fred Thompson WW1 Brand message.
Video taping Fred Thompson and Jeri Thompson segments for web site.
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Media, Communications Marketing, or a similar field.
Two-four years of online journalism, editorial, or internet radio related experience.
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills and a knowledge of HTML.
Strong command of Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Adobe Audition, or other HTML editor.
Some Audio editing experience necessary
Familiarity and experience with Web -based content management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written skills.
Able to work in a team environment

Our QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST must be detail oriented, organized and have a "can-do" positive attitude. This position is responsible for ensuring Data and System quality and assisting in new product development for BMS and other key business systems.
Responsibilities:
Ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of all procedures, according to policy defined for the development process including new and existing systems development for defined Critical Business Systems. (ie.,BMS, Novar, ROS, etc.)
Maintain consistency of the all documented material produced through the development process including compliance with established protocols and the standards specifically Sarbanes Oxley.
Ensure all products/systems are functioning as designed.
Pretest and verify IT data or development work before users or clients.
Experience:
Degree in IT with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
Strong Excel/Word/Email skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate well with IT and users who may not be well versed in the procedures and specific user requirements.
Good business analysis / testing skills (puzzle solving skills)
Ability to establish and maintain a high-level of user trust and confidence from users and show concern for their needs.
