Administrate revisions and late orders.
Assist in setting up Copy splits and blackouts in Airwave.

Research incorrect airings with the Affiliate Relations Department.
Must be able to meet deadlines.

Our Associate Sales Planner will be responsible for helping maximize revenue generated by Metro Networks. They will work with various stakeholders during all critical analytic stages of the sales cycle. This includes deal structuring (e.g. deal metrics, pricing, volume) and campaign fulfillment. The Associate PLanner is also responsible for strategic problem solving, with a thorough understanding of advertising campaign levers, optimization and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Optimally monetize Metro Networks inventory and exceed goals for revenue.
Accurately forecast inventory availability and marketplace demand.
Establish pricing of ad products and sponsorship packages.
Develop, evaluate and approve deals (deal metrics, impression volumes and pricing) to maximize revenue.
Monitor campaign delivery and develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and meet advertiser objectives.
Work closely with sales and site teams on the following but not limited to: negotiate pricing with sales and assist to close contracts, budget/forecasting and revenue/pipeline monitoring and developing strategies to increase or decrease inventory availability based on market demand.
Identify opportunities to and implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Sales Planning department, including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities
Experience:
