A Bevy of Country All-Stars Join In and Share their Gratitude
NEW YORK, NY – October 13, 2014-- Westwood One celebrates a Country Thanksgiving by serving up music, memories, and a side of gratitude. This is the latest in a series of holiday music specials from Westwood One.
Country superstar Jason Aldean will host the all-star “A Thanksgiving Weekend Celebration," featuring music from Florida Georgia Line, Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton and more. And what's Thanksgiving without being thankful? Jason has invited some of his all-star pals--like Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, and Tim McGraw--who will share what they’re grateful for this holiday.Throughout the four-hour special, Jason will share songs from his new album “Old Boots, New Dirt,” along with stories behind the songs. They include his hit single “Burnin’ It Down” as well as “Two Night Town,” “Just Gettin’ Started,” “Tonight Looks Good on You,” and the title track. "Old Boots, New Dirt" came out on Tuesday, October 7th.
Stations can air A Thanksgiving Weekend Special from Thursday, November 27 through Sunday, November 30 between 6:00 am and 12 midnight.
